Georgian Home, Herefordshire
I was originally invited to this Georgian home to advise on window treatments in their master bedroom. The windows had simple roman blinds and my client wanted the room to feel more luxurious and elegant, in keeping with the period. Ironically this was the last room in the house that we completed.
Moving from their home in London and selling a house in France there was an amalgamation of lots of furniture and many pieces of art. My initial task was to position each piece of art and place furniture.
Working closely with a recommended bespoke joinery company we created a stunning kitchen perfect for entertaining with fabulous walk in larder and Walnut dining table which could happily seat ten.
I was able to source some unique pieces which worked well with their existing art from a variety of beautiful lights to bespoke rugs together with interesting furniture and gorgeous fabrics all of which complimented the house,
“Working with Samantha throughout the house has been a high point. Not only does she understand our taste, but it has been such fun. We pored over fabric books and conspired to buy exactly what I wanted”
