16th Century Manor House, Wiltshire
A beautiful 16th century manor house nestled in the heart of rural Wiltshire.
This was an amazing opportunity to work with a visionary architect and fantastic builder, mixing old with new to create a space that was sympathetic to the existing building, uniting and enhancing both the aesthetic and living experience.
A multi purpose room to entertain friends and family, but also a room where my client could work from home or just chill with a book and listen to music. The key was to use fabrics and furnishings that were calming and made you feel that you were in the garden.
I used a natural palate of linens and introduced shots of lime green. A pop of pink brought to life to a darker corner. My favourite piece is the Ivy Leaf mirror over the writing desk which feels as though nature has manage to creep in and makes me smile.
